1. How do I purchase leads?
You can purchase leads only online directly from this website. We offer many types of business opportunity leads. Each page of the website describes in detail the leads offered for that page.
The prices and ordering options are listed at the bottom of each page below the description. Simply click on the buy now button on the leads package you choose.
Once you have completed your payment, you will receive an email confirmation.
2. How fast are orders processed?
CustomLeads.net processes most orders within 1 to 3 hours, but in some cases it can be longer depending on the type of leads ordered. Each page has an estimate of delivery time located right above the payment options. Orders on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
3. Where are my leads?
Check the page description of the leads you ordered to make sure you haven’t asked this question too soon. We have always delivered and have never missed an order since 2005. We know your order is there, please have patience while we process and deliver it. You will receive an email with login, if you ordered leads with a control panel, or an email with a link to view and download your leads.
Please be sure to check your spam folder.
Your login to the leads panel, or the email with a download link for your leads file could be there in your spam folder. If you don’t see anything, send us a message on the Contact page.
Provide a different email address, with a different domain, to send the leads again. Hotmail, AOL, Icloud, and sometimes yahoo will send our emails to the spam folder.
4. How does CustomLeads.net deliver leads?
Real Time Leads, and Local Leads: We will send you an email with your login information to the back office provided with each order. This is a manual process done by our staff, it is not imediately sent after you order. The back office has features that allow you to set the number of leads delivered to you daily, pause lead delivery, view the leads contact information, make notes for each lead, and set appointments.
Most leads are delivered through a download link sent to your email. The link also allows you to view the leads without downloading. The file will be in Microsoft Excel format, but they can also be sent in Comma Delimited (CSV), Tab Delimited (text), or Word format.
5. Can I pause or regulate lead delivery?
Real-time lead orders have the option to control lead delivery. Each order of real-time leads includes a control panel which allows you to view your leads, download leads as a .csv, or text file, update the number of leads sent per day, and pause lead delivery. All other types of leads are delivered all at once with a download link sent to your email.
6. Which type of leads do you recommend?

7. What is your replacement policy?
We will replace incorrect phone numbers and disconnected phone numbers. They must be returned to leads @ customleads.net within 5 business days of receiving the leads. CustomLeads.net typically provides 10% extra leads with each order. In the rare event that you receive leads with incorrect phone numbers in excess of the 10% extra provided, you may simply return those leads and we will gladly supply you with additional replacements.
8. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the time sensitivity of the leads we do not offer refunds after leads or services have been delivered. All sales are final and there are no refunds. Please see our replacement policy above for bad leads.
9. Do you have autoship?
No, each order is for that one purchase.
10. Are there hidden fees or charges?
No, the only charge you will get is what you pay for the leads at the checkout page.

12. How many times are your leads sold?
Our leads are sold two times. The leads are never sold more than once to the same company name or same business opportunity.
13. Is it safe to order online?
Yes, CustomLeads.net has the most secure online order processing systems available. All of your personal information that includes your credit card, and billing information is submitted via a secure server and is encrypted.
14. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and bitcoin.
15. Do you have autoship?
We do not have auto renewal of orders. All orders are a one-time only purchase. You will not be charged for anything unless you process it yourself.
16. Do you offer free samples of leads?
No free samples are offered without a purchase. A small sample will not give you an accurate representation of the overall quality of our leads.
17. Are your leads incentivized?
We never use incentives to generate leads. Our leads are top quality prospects who are truly interested in a business opportunity.
